Healthcare Provider — This course is designed to teach the skills of CPR for victims of all ages (including ventilation with a barrier device, a bag-mask device, and oxygen), use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO).
It is intended for those individuals, such as physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, physician’s assistants, nursing students in training, and other allied health personnel.

C.P.R. & First Aid Training
You will learn CPR and how to use the AED, rendering first aid to controlled bleeding, Participants also learn the potential effect of disasters on transportation, electrical service, telephone communication, and fuel and water supplies.
Additionally, you will learn safety precautions during a disaster, structural and non-structural hazards, as well as individual and work-site preparedness.
- Heart Saver FACTS Course — This course combines adult CPR and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) with basic level first aid procedures and intended for all lay responders, such as firefighters, police, airline personnel, employees, and so on.
- Heart Saver CPR Course — This modular course teaches lay rescuers how to recognize and treat life-threatening emergencies, including cardiac arrest and choking for adult, child, and infant victims. It is designed for day care employees, baby-sitters, firefighters, police, and employees in the workplace, to name a few.
- Heart Saver AED Course — In this course, participants learn the basic techniques of adult CPR and the use of an AED. Students also learn about using barrier devices in CPR and giving first aid for choking.
You will also learn how to recognize the signs of four major emergencies – heart attack, stroke, cardiac arrest, and foreign-body airway obstruction.

Non-violent Crisis Intervention
This is a safe, non-harmful behavior management system designed to help human service professionals provide the best possible care, welfare, safety, and security of disruptive, assaultive, and out-of-control individuals, even during their most violent moments. This course is intended for nurses, EMTs, hospital workers, social workers, businesses, and customer service department staff.
